Valhalla Intelligence is an informational decision-support tool provided by VALHALLA INTELLIGENCE LLC. It does not provide financial, investment, legal, tax, brokerage, or fiduciary advice, and no forecast, lock, warning, confidence score, or other output guarantees a result.
1. Agreement
These Terms are an agreement between you and VALHALLA INTELLIGENCE LLC (“Valhalla Intelligence,” “we,” or “us”). By purchasing, activating, or using Valhalla Intelligence, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not purchase access, redeem an access code, or use the service. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to use the service and any market you choose to access in your jurisdiction.
2. Informational service only
Valhalla Intelligence analyzes market information and presents experimental forecasts and risk signals. You remain solely responsible for every trade, position, entry, exit, cash-out decision, and resulting gain or loss. You should independently evaluate all information and consult appropriately licensed professionals when needed.
3. Market and technology risk
Financial and event-contract markets can move suddenly, including during the final seconds of a contract. Data may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, or unavailable. Models may be wrong. Network failures, exchange outages, provider changes, software defects, maintenance, and extraordinary market activity may interrupt or degrade the service. Never risk funds you cannot afford to lose.
4. Access codes and account security
- You must register and sign in to a personal member account before redeeming access.
- An access code is permanently assigned to the first member account that successfully redeems it and cannot be claimed by another account.
- Access is personal, limited, revocable, and non-transferable.
- You may not share, sell, publish, or redistribute an access code.
- Only one active customer screen may use a member account at a time. Signing in on a newer device automatically revokes the previous member and dashboard sessions.
- You must promptly contact support if a code is lost or compromised.
- Attempting to bypass access controls, scrape protected data, reverse engineer the service, or copy proprietary logic is prohibited.
- Network-risk signals, including possible VPN, proxy, Tor, relay, or anonymized-network use, may be logged and manually reviewed. A heuristic flag alone does not automatically deny access.
- A first-party device identifier may be recorded for security and fraud review, but access may move to another device through a successful account sign-in.
5. Access periods
Access purchased through the official checkout begins after payment is confirmed and the entitlement is attached to the purchasing member account. Manually issued timed access begins when its code is first redeemed unless the purchase or code description expressly states otherwise. “Lifetime” means access for as long as the current Valhalla Intelligence service is actively operated; it does not guarantee perpetual operation, a minimum number of years, or access to a successor product.
6. Payments and refunds
Current membership plans are one-time purchases and do not automatically renew unless a future checkout clearly and expressly identifies a recurring plan before payment. The plan, access period, price, discounts, and applicable taxes shown at checkout control the transaction. Stripe processes card payments under its own terms and privacy practices; Valhalla Intelligence remains responsible for providing the purchased access.
Because digital access may begin immediately after payment confirmation, purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated at checkout. Contact support promptly about a duplicate charge, incorrect plan, or access that was not delivered. Fraudulent payment or chargeback abuse may result in suspension while the transaction is reviewed.
7. Promotions, discounts, and referrals
A promotion or discount code applies only to the transaction on which Stripe accepts it and is subject to the restrictions shown at checkout. An affiliate code records the referring partner and may cause that partner to receive a commission after the transaction is paid and validated. An affiliate code is not a discount unless a separate discount is shown at checkout. Expired, inactive, ineligible, refunded, disputed, or fraudulent transactions may be excluded from affiliate credit.
8. Security and privacy records
To enforce personal access, investigate code sharing, prevent fraud, and handle disputes, Valhalla Intelligence records the account username, email, required Discord username, a cryptographic hash of the connecting IP address, a partially masked IP display, a first-party random device identifier, browser information, access times, code events, purchase and entitlement records, Stripe transaction identifiers, applied discount or affiliate attribution, and network-risk results. Valhalla Intelligence does not receive a computer serial number or a true hardware ID from your browser. Valhalla Intelligence does not receive or store your full payment-card number from Stripe. A third-party IP intelligence provider may receive the connecting IP solely to identify known VPN, proxy, Tor, or anonymized-network use. Security records may be used to revoke or ban access and retained as reasonably necessary for fraud, chargeback, security, and legal records.
9. Acceptable use
You may not use Valhalla Intelligence unlawfully; interfere with its operation; probe its security; automate excessive requests; impersonate another person; resell its output; or use it to deceive, manipulate, or harm another person or market.
10. Intellectual property
Valhalla Intelligence’s software, presentation, models, branding, selection and arrangement of information, and proprietary logic remain the property of the service owner and licensors. Your access is a limited right to use the hosted service, not a transfer or license of its source code or underlying methods.
11. No affiliation
Valhalla Intelligence is an independent product and is not sponsored, endorsed, operated by, or affiliated with Kalshi, Coinbase, Kraken, Stripe, or any referenced exchange, index, data provider, or trademark owner.
12. Disclaimer and limitation
The service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the fullest extent allowed by law, without warranties of accuracy, profitability, fitness, availability, or non-infringement. To the fullest extent allowed by law, the service owner is not liable for trading losses, lost profits, lost data, missed opportunities, indirect damages, or decisions made using or while unable to use Valhalla Intelligence. Nothing in these Terms waives a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be waived.
13. Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended or terminated for payment failure, code sharing, prohibited use, security risk, legal requirements, or material violation of these terms. The service may be changed or discontinued, with reasonable notice when practical.
14. Changes and contact
These terms may be updated as the product changes. A new version may require renewed acceptance. For access or support questions, contact the official Valhalla Intelligence Discord or @ketonk on Discord.
