Privacy Policy

This policy explains what VALHALLA INTELLIGENCE LLC collects when you use solvalhalla.com or the VALHALLA Intelligence app for iPhone, why it is collected, who processes it, and the choices you have. We do not sell personal data and we do not run advertising or cross-app tracking of any kind.

1. Who we are

The service is operated by VALHALLA INTELLIGENCE LLC (“Valhalla Intelligence,” “we,” or “us”). This policy covers the website at solvalhalla.com and the VALHALLA Intelligence app for iPhone, which signs in to the same member account and shows the same member deck. It should be read together with the Terms of Service.

2. What we collect

• Account details. Your email address, the username you choose, a salted hash of your password (never the password itself), and the times you sign in.
• Membership records. Which access plan you hold, when it starts and ends, its status, and the order, subscription, and customer identifiers issued by our payment processor. We never receive or store your card number.
• Discord details, if you connect them. Your Discord user ID and username, used to assign member roles in the official community and, only if you turn it on, to send alert messages by Discord direct message.
• TradingView username, if you request script access. You provide it to us yourself so that script access can be granted to that account.
• Security records. IP address, browser or device information, session identifiers, and request rates. These protect member accounts, detect abuse and automated copying, and enforce the Terms of Service.
• Notification data, if you enable alerts. In a browser, a web push subscription; in the iPhone app, an Apple push device token. In both cases we also keep your alert preferences and a delivery log so that alerts are not repeated.
• Support messages. Whatever you send us when you ask for help, usually through Discord.

3. What we do not collect

• No card numbers or bank details. Payments are handled by Stripe on the website.
• No precise location. We do not ask the app or the browser for your location.
• No contacts, photos, microphone, or camera access.
• No advertising identifier, no advertising SDKs, no third-party analytics SDKs in the app.
• No tracking across other companies’ apps or websites, and no sale of personal data.

4. How we use it

• To provide the service: signing you in, showing the member deck, and keeping your membership status correct.
• To send the alerts you have turned on, and the account email you would expect, such as receipts, access confirmations, and password recovery.
• To keep the service and its members safe: preventing account sharing, fraud, abuse, and automated copying of member content.
• To meet legal, accounting, and dispute obligations.

5. Who processes it for us

We use a small number of service providers, each only for the purpose named here:

• Stripe processes payments and subscriptions on the website and holds your payment details under its own privacy policy.
• Amazon Web Services hosts the service in the United States and delivers our transactional email.
• Cloudflare protects the sign-in page against automated abuse. Its Turnstile check may process your IP address and browser signals.
• Discord runs the community server where member roles are assigned and optional alert messages are delivered.
• Apple delivers push notifications to the iPhone app through the Apple Push Notification service, if you enable alerts in the app.
• TradingView receives your TradingView username only if you request script access.

Valhalla Intelligence is an independent product and is not sponsored, endorsed, operated by, or affiliated with Kalshi, Coinbase, Kraken, Stripe, Apple, or any referenced exchange, index, data provider, or trademark owner.

6. Cookies and local storage

We use a session cookie that is strictly necessary to keep you signed in, and local storage for interface preferences such as sound and intro settings. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

7. How long we keep it

Account and membership records are kept while your account exists. After an account is closed, we keep only what accounting, tax, dispute, and legal obligations require, and delete the rest. Security records are kept for a limited period and then removed. Notification tokens are deleted when you turn alerts off or when the device stops accepting them.

8. Your choices

• Alerts can be turned on or off at any time from the Account page. Turning them off deletes the push subscription or device token.
• You can disconnect Discord or change your alert preferences from the Account page.
• You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion of your account by contacting us through the official Valhalla Intelligence Discord. We will confirm your identity first, and we will keep only what the law requires us to keep.

9. Security

Connections are encrypted in transit, passwords are stored only as salted hashes, and access to member data is limited to what operating the service requires. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password and keep your account to yourself.

10. Age

The service is for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has created an account, contact us and it will be removed.

11. Where your data lives

The service is hosted in the United States. If you use it from elsewhere, your information is transferred to and processed in the United States.

12. Changes and contact

We will update this policy when the product changes, and post the new version here with a new effective date. Questions about privacy go to the official Valhalla Intelligence Discord or @ketonk on Discord.
